| The floor covering has a PUR coating which is ‘high quality, cross-linked polyurethane reinforcement, UV cured to provide a low cost, polish-free maintenance regime for the lifetime of the flooring’. This floor requires no stripping or sealing throughout its lifetime. | If the flooring product’s maintenance sheet states that ‘acrylic emulsion and regular polishing is recommended to maintain appearance and prevent staining’ then the floor is NOT PUR coated. |
| If the flooring product needs to be stripped and sealed after installation, or at any point during its guaranteed lifetime, then it is NOT a PUR coated floor. |
